# madeofmango

> madeofmango helps UK landlords find, compare and book valuations with letting agents inside ChatGPT and Claude: fees compared on identical assumptions, compliance shown with sources, in 7 languages. Free for landlords. Coverage starts in East London.

madeofmango is a remote MCP server (connector) for ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients. Landlords use it inside their assistant; letting agencies use the chat at madeofmango.com.

## Use it

- MCP endpoint (Streamable HTTP, no key needed for landlord tools): https://madeofmango.com/api/mcp
- [Add madeofmango to Claude or ChatGPT](https://madeofmango.com/connect): copy-paste setup for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code
- [Search letting agents on the web](https://madeofmango.com/agents?location=E16): `https://madeofmango.com/agents?location={postcode, outcode or town}` returns ranked agencies as HTML (also `&specialism=hmo`, `&service_level=fully_managed`, `&landlord_fit=overseas`, `&language=zh`, `&sort=fees`); the same results are available as markdown at [/agents.md](https://madeofmango.com/agents.md) and JSON at [/agents.json](https://madeofmango.com/agents.json)

## Coverage

- Coverage starts in East London: Canning Town, Royal Victoria, Custom House and the rest of E16, expanding outwards. Searches outside the seeded area may return few or no agencies.

## Data and licences

- Contains OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Agency names, addresses and locations from OpenStreetMap are available under the [Open Database Licence](https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/); see the [OpenStreetMap copyright page](https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright).
- Other facts (fees, services, compliance statements) come from each agency's own website or from the agency itself. They are not claimed as open data. Every fact keeps its source URL and fetch date.
