Using madeofmango
- madeofmango is free for landlords. It provides information about letting agencies to help you choose; it isn't financial or legal advice.
- Agency information comes from public sources and from agencies themselves. We show the source and date of each fact and mark what we haven't verified, but we can't guarantee it's complete or current. Check important details with the agency before signing anything.
- Ranking is data-driven. No agency can pay for a higher position.
- Answers are generated by AI and can contain mistakes.
madeofmango PRO — yearly plan
These terms apply to letting agencies that sign up for PRO. Version pro-yearly-2026-10.
- Yearly plan only: a 12-month commitment.
- £35 per month — £420 over the year. No VAT is charged (madeofmango isn't VAT-registered yet).
- No payment up front and no card needed.
- An invoice is issued automatically on the last day of each month for that month and emailed as a PDF. Payment is due within 14 days. Your first invoice is pro-rated from your sign-up date.
- PRO starts immediately after you accept and give billing details.
Includes
- Correct and complete your agency profile (fees, coverage, specialisms, languages, description).
- Publish valuation availability so landlords can book instantly.
- Receive and manage valuation requests in ChatGPT, Claude or madeofmango.com.
- Profile marked as managed by the agency.
Conditions
- PRO does not change your ranking. Ranking is purely data-driven.
- Renewal: the plan renews for a further 12 months unless you cancel before the end of the term. We remind you 30 days before. You can cancel any time by chat; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
- Late payment: automatic reminders are sent after the due date. If an invoice is more than 21 days overdue, your profile reverts to the public-data version and agent tools lock until it's paid. The remaining months of the term stay due.
- You confirm you are authorised to sign up the agency and accept these terms on its behalf.
- You must keep the information you add accurate and lawful. We may correct or remove content that's misleading.
- Either side may end the agreement for material breach on written notice.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
