madeofmango is a remote MCP server with 17 tools. Add the URL https://madeofmango.com/api/mcp to ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP, and landlords can search, compare and book valuations with UK letting agents. Landlord tools need no API key or sign-in. Coverage starts in East London: Canning Town, Royal Victoria, Custom House and the rest of E16, expanding outwards.

These can be used as directory test cases. Coverage today is East London (Canning Town, Royal Victoria, Custom House and E16), so the examples use those areas.

Prompts that book a valuation send a real request to real agencies, after the landlord consents and confirms their email with a one-time code, so they are not suitable as repeatable tests.

Out of scope

These requests are not something madeofmango does. The connector should say so rather than guess.

“Find me a letting agent in Manchester M14.” Outside current coverage. Data is seeded for East London first, so the connector should report few or no agencies rather than guess.
“How much rent can I charge for my flat?” madeofmango finds letting agents and books valuations with them. It does not estimate rent or property value itself.
“Find me a flat to rent, or an estate agent to sell my house.” madeofmango covers letting agents for landlords only. It has no property listings and does not cover sales.

Authentication

Landlord tools are open: no key, no account.
Agency tools use OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Dynamic client registration and client ID metadata documents are supported. Metadata: /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/api/mcp and /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server.
Agency tools need an agency account on the PRO plan. See the plans page.

Rate limit

120 POST requests per 5 minutes per IP address. Above that the connector answers HTTP 429.

Data sources and licences

Contains OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Agency names, addresses and locations come first from OpenStreetMap, available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL).
Fees, services and compliance statements come from each agency's own website or from the agency itself. They are not claimed as open data.
Agency data is seeded from public sources. Today that is OpenStreetMap (names, addresses and locations, available under the Open Database Licence) plus each agency's own website. Contains OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Every fact keeps its source URL, fetch date and a confidence score. Compliance is marked 'verified' only when the scheme's own register was checked; otherwise it is 'stated'. Fields edited by a PRO agency are marked 'provided by agency'.

Freshness

Each fact shows the date it was last fetched. Areas are refreshed when they are re-seeded; there is no fixed schedule yet.

Crawling

Public pages are open to search engines and to AI search and assistant crawlers. Admin, cron, invoice and OAuth routes, and single-use links, are excluded. The rules are in robots.txt.
